Life’s A Beach App was developed by Beach Operations Association to make it easier for Beach Lovers worldwide to book all types of beach. water sports and other related activities, from the comfort of their hotel rooms, bar, restaurant or while relaxing on their beach chairs, via the smart phone or iPad.

It is also aimed at boosting exposure, bookings and revenue for the members of our association.

BOOKING POLICY

  1. App Customers must make all bookings a minimum of 1 hour in advance.
  2. App Customers must pay in advance for all bookings with PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card, via the App.
  3. App Customers must provide correct information via the App booking form.
  4. App Customers must cancel bookings a minimum of 30 minutes before the reserved start time. Cancellation can be done via telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  5. App Customers will forfeit full payment if booking is not cancelled 30 minutes prior to reserved start time.
  6. In the event of cancellation, all applicable refunds due to App Customers will be paid within 7 days.
  7. There is a 10% fee for all cancellations.
  8. Bookings are transferrable to other customers, dates or times.
  9. BOA is only a booking agent and does not accept any liability or responsibility for any products, services or activities offered by our App Partners.
