BOOKING POLICY

1. App Customers must make all bookings a minimum of 1 hour in advance.
2. App Customers must pay in advance for all bookings with PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card, via the App.
3. App Customers must provide correct information via the App booking form.
4. App Customers must cancel bookings a minimum of 30 minutes before the reserved start time. Cancellation can be done via telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
5. App Customers will forfeit full payment if booking is not cancelled 30 minutes prior to reserved start time.
6. In the event of cancellation, App Customers will be refunded within 7 days.
7. There is a 10% fee for all cancellations
8. Bookings are transferrable to other customers or other dates.
9. BOA does not accept any liability or responsibility for any products, services or activities offered by its App Partners.
