BOOKING POLICY
- App Customers must make all bookings a minimum of 1 hour in advance.
- App Customers must pay in advance for all bookings with PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card, via the App.
- App Customers must provide correct information via the App booking form.
- App Customers must cancel bookings a minimum of 30 minutes before the reserved start time. Cancellation can be done via telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- App Customers will forfeit full payment if booking is not cancelled 30 minutes prior to reserved start time.
- In the event of cancellation, App Customers will be refunded within 7 days.
- There is a 10% fee for all cancellations
- Bookings are transferrable to other customers or other dates.
- BOA does not accept any liability or responsibility for any products, services or activities offered by its App Partners.
